Terms of service

Last updated 4 November 2026

These terms cover your use of erelim. Please read them; using the app means you agree to them.

What erelim is

erelim is a tool to help a parent or caregiver build, keep, and practice their own safety-and-crisis plan. It is educational and supportive; it is non-clinical.

What erelim is not

erelim is not a crisis line, not a medical or mental-health provider, and not a substitute for professional care. It doesn't diagnose or treat, and it doesn't create your child's clinical plan. Nothing here is medical advice.

In an emergency

If your child is in immediate danger, call or text 988, or call 911. erelim can't monitor for danger or respond to an emergency.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure, and use erelim only for its intended purpose. You're responsible for what you enter. You can stop using erelim and delete your account at any time.

No warranty

erelim is provided as is. We work hard to make it accurate and reliable, but we can't guarantee it will fit every situation or prevent any outcome.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and, for meaningful changes, tell you in the app.
